Paradoxically, India, with over 1 billion inhabitants, has the largest number of illiterate people but also the largest proportion of graduates in the world.
03. Alex Gratchev explains the situation in Bulgaria

In Bulgaria, the income of an IT specialist varies between 300 and 600 DM a month. This is 10 times less than in Germany. There is great temptation to move to the West.

Through a local correspondent, MeOMe launched its own recruitment campaign, but met with little success. madmundo reporter Dagmar Wünnenberg investigates the progress of MeOMe’s recruitment campaign in Sofia with local representative Alex Gratchev. She then meets a young couple of web-designers, Dimitri Doulev and Lili Gonzova, who want to leave for Germany together.

What does Christoph think about this?
Watch the video
