02. Demonstration in Yaounde
EPISODE
While food riots spread across the planet and Africa in particular, this second episode of the investigation for Ibrahim was filmed in Cameroon, where there have been 40 deaths in recent weeks.

But this short film by José Reynes was filmed two years ago. And it shows that the signs were already there before the riders of the apocalypse came. It was the first demonstration by agricultural producers in Cameroon in twenty years. They are farmers, poultry farmers; and they are demanding the end of imports of subsidised frozen chickens from the European Union which are bankrupting them.
