Chahinaz finds it difficult (if not impossible sometimes) to walk around her city, Constantine, even with a girlfriend in tow. The first 30 seconds of this extract demonstrate the problem! She then talks with her brother about the lack of places for women to congregate in Constantine.But they both adore and dream of the "big city", Algiers. Is that dream any different from anywhere else in the world? Or is it very unfair to compare Chahianz's problems with those of the West?

Salam alaykum, Bonjour, je tenais juste à dire qu’en Algérie que ce soit à Alger, Sétif ou Constantine comme il m’est arrivé de sortir avec mon frère voire mes frères et/ou mes cousins sans qu’il n’y ait de pb.On peut sortir avec son frère et les gens croient ce qu’ils veulent, pour eux il peut être considéré comme mon frère ce qui ne vient pas de suite à l’esprit mais plutôt mon ami au pire mon mari…Et ca c’est pas qu’en Algérie, je l’ai vécu aussi en France donc c’est une généralité non particulié à l’Algérie

je te rassure sabrina il n'ya pas quen algerie que cela ce passe!! en france aussi!! quand tu es amoureuse il nya pas de lois dapres moi nous somme libre de choisir la personne avec qui on veut faire sa vie!!!
